Welcome to Sentinel Insights.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software applications, APIs, artificial intelligence features, products, services, and other offerings (collectively, the "Services") provided by Sentinel Insights Holdings, Inc. ("Sentinel Insights," "Sentinel," "we," "our," or "us").
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing, or using any portion of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sentinel Insights.
2. Enterprise Agreements
These Terms govern general access to and use of the Services.
If you or your organization enters into a separate written agreement with Sentinel Insights—such as a Master Services Agreement, Order Form, Subscription Agreement, Statement of Work, Data Processing Addendum, or other executed contract—that agreement will control to the extent it conflicts with these Terms for the products and services covered by that agreement.
Nothing in these Terms modifies or replaces any separately executed written agreement
between you and Sentinel Insights unless expressly stated in writing.

Your subscription, usage limits, billing terms, renewal terms, and any applicable fees are governed by your Order Form, online purchase, or other applicable agreement.
Certain AI-powered features are measured using AI Credits.
AI Credits represent units of computing resources consumed when using AI-powered functionality, including but not limited to investigations, summaries, rule generation, data categorization, report generation, natural language queries, and other intelligent features.
Unless otherwise stated:
- AI Credits refresh at the beginning of each billing period and do not roll over.
- Unused AI Credits expire at the end of the applicable billing period.
- Sentinel may establish reasonable usage limits to protect the availability, security, and performance of the Services.
- Additional AI Credits or expanded usage may require the purchase of an upgraded subscription or additional capacity.
Sentinel reserves the right to modify AI Credit allocations, pricing models, or consumption methodologies as AI technologies evolve, provided that such changes will not materially reduce prepaid subscription entitlements during the then-current subscription term.
